Executive Corporate Housing provides safe, cost-effective off-base military housing across the entire continental United States.
We ask a lot of the people who serve and its right that we give back wherever we can. The military has a unique perk that other government employees don’t have, military housing.
You can live on-base or off-base, depending on your circumstances.
We’re here to help the latter. If you received your PCS orders or are on secondment somewhere and don’t want to live on-base, Executive Corporate Housing can help.
Whether you’re in the army, air force, navy, marines or coast guard, we provide the housing you need to keep you and your family safe while you help keep us safe.
All accommodation is fully furnished and equipped, set within high quality developments a short distance from military bases and provide a safe, secure home to call your own.
Most rental agreements also include the military clause so you’re fully protected!
Military Housing
The government provides accommodation for all serving personnel. If you live on-base, your accommodation is usually free. If the base has privatized housing, you’ll get BAH in your pay to settle accommodation fees.
If you live off-base, you’ll also get BAH to pay most, or all your accommodation expenses.
The advantage of living off-base is that you can integrate into wider society, choose your own property, live wherever you like and have the government pay for all, or some of your rent or mortgage.
If you’re on a temporary posting, secondment or training, off-base military housing is the go-to choice. While living on the base helps integrate you into your unit, living outside gives you a better work-life balance and can provide higher standards of accommodation.

Benefits of off-base military housing
Living off-base has some significant benefits. While being on-base means everything is done for you, there are definite drawbacks as you probably already know!
Benefits of off-base military housing include:
Choose the type of property you live in – Rather than living where there is space, in whatever is available, you can choose your own property. Choose an apartment, townhome, family home or something else!
Integrate into society – While our armed forces are many, the communities are small. More like college campus than the real world. Living off-base means you can integrate into wider society and enjoy everything that’s going on in your surroundings.
Better work-life balance – Live on base, you’re constantly surrounded by uniforms and alert to changes in status, situation or comings and goings. Live off-base and it’s much easier to switch off and spend valuable time unwinding or with your family.
Modern properties – Base housing is often old and dated. There are newer blocks being built and all on-base housing is up to code, but a lot of it is far out of date.
Features and amenities – On-base housing won’t usually have dishwasher, private balcony, dedicated internet, your own yard or bathroom. If definitely won’t have a pool, games room and the other amenities off-base housing can come with!
Military clause – Many off-base housing options offered by Executive Corporate Housing come with the military clause in the tenancy. That means you’re fully covered if you’re posted elsewhere or your situation changes.
